The problem we saw
Our founder spent years building systems for tradespeople — watching them lose leads to voicemail, chase invoices for weeks, and get caught out by expired certs. The software options were either eye-wateringly expensive or missing half the features.
So we built Muster. One platform that handles jobs, calls, payments and compliance — without needing five bolt-ons to make it work.
What we believe
A plumber shouldn't need to be a spreadsheet expert. An electrician shouldn't lose a £10k job because nobody answered the phone at 5:30pm. AI should handle the admin so your team can handle the work.
